Ballistic glass for defence and security

Flat and curved glazing, from standard products to highly complex bespoke projects. We support customers and integrators in selecting and developing solutions, with a focus on optical quality, weight and integration.

01 / Standard products

Ballistic protection to EN 1063

The standard range includes classes BR3NS, BR4NS, BR5NS, BR6NS and BR7NS. Test parameters, thickness and weight are shown for each configuration.

Civilian applications include cash-in-transit vans and privately owned armoured cars. We develop bespoke flat and curved glazing, assessing the required protection level, optical quality and integration with the vehicle together with the customer.

02 / Military applications

STANAG 4569
AEP 55

A dedicated military range, separate from the EN 1063 configurations. The solutions shown cover levels I, II and IIIa, with their respective test parameters.

We support customers and integrators in developing glazing for land and naval applications, including complex geometries and integration requirements.

03 / Beyond standard products

Custom projects, including highly complex applications

The standard range is a starting point. We develop bespoke solutions around project requirements: required protection level, thickness, weight, shape and integration with the structure.

Bespoke geometries

Flat and curved glass, custom geometries and large dimensions, developed for the application.

Development and prototyping

Technical evaluation, engineering support and prototypes to address each project’s requirements.

Integration and production

Attention to dimensional precision, optical quality and integration, through to small series and dedicated production.
